What if I am unable to receive COD order due to any reason?

If a ‘COD’ order is returned to us due to your unavailability or any other reason, we will only reship the same order only if you convert it to a prepaid order, post-delivery failure

 

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order? 

When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment

 

Payment Failure(payment deducted, no order confirmation) 

In case the amount has been deducted from your account and Alive & Well has not received the amount, it would reflect back in your account in 2- 4 business days from the payment gateways end. If you have not received the amount in the provided timeframe, we request you to check the order status in case if it is placed. If not, please contact your bank/payment gateway, for further assistance as there might be an issue from your bank’s end. If the payment is received by Alive & well later, we will reverse the amount and you may place a fresh order. The time frame for the following remain as specified earlier:Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI - 7-10 business days.

 

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on Alive & Well?
Yes, shopping at Alive & Well is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on Alive & Well are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?
At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with ie alive and well tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order

You need to make sure that
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product :
You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
- Any Other Returns :
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 3 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product

 

How long will my order take?

Our warehouse processes your order within 24 hours. Following this we take 3-5 business days to ship to you. Delivery pincodes in the North East States will take up to 7-10 business days.
